SINGAPORE – A 100kg World War II bomb found at a construction site in Upper Bukit Timah was detonated for the second time on Tuesday (Sept 26) at around 1.45pm, after more than 4,000 nearby residents were evacuated in the morning. The aerial bomb, believed to be one of the largest wartime munitions unearthed in Singapore, is being disposed of.
