The Sonoma County board of supervisors voted to declare a local state of emergency because of the kincade fire. The agreed to extend the previous Emergency Declaration for the Public Safety power shut off. Allie rasmus was at the meeting that just wrapped up in joins us live with the latest. Reporter declaring that local Cuming County with state of emergency is the first step for the county to eventually apply for state funding to pay for the kincade fire. The cost of which is still being tallied.
