夏祖胜一行人伸出双臂，高声安抚孩子，试图引导孩子翻回屋中，但孩子又受到了惊吓，体力也不支，抓住窗台外沿的手臂颤抖，就快坚持不住了……好心市民也越聚越多，有人拿来了一块窗帘，夏祖胜和同事迅速托举，在孩子身下展开。大概5分钟后，男童体力不支坠落，被众人托着的窗帘稳稳接住，经查，孩子身体无擦伤。
看到孩子平安无事，夏祖胜和同事舒了一口气。好好安抚孩子然后交给家长，3人便悄然离开了，继续完成派件投递工作。
