Norris Carter will assume the CEO role at Hobart Airport in March.
Hobart International Airport in Tasmania has named Norris Carter as it new Chief Executive Officer.
The experienced aviation leader will take up the post at the gateway to Australia’s island state in March.
He moves from North Queensland Airports (NQA), operator of Cairns and Mackay Airports, where he was CEO.
Former Auckland International Airport General Manager of Retail and Commercial Richard Barker succeeded Carter at NQA in December.
Hobart Acting CEO Matt Cocker will continue in his capacity until Carter starts in his new post in March. Thereafter, Cocker will resume his role as Chief Operating Officer.
