Right now on storm team 4 radar, most of the steady rain has exited the metro area, passing to the north. Scattered sprinkled showing up on storm team 4 radar, virginia, West Virginia and maryland. Now that car could have still been here tonight, had it not been for the homeowner checking on the construction site today and video from his neighbors surveillance camera. This home Surveillance Video shows the dark car speeding down the road monday morning. It wasnt until tuesday afternoon when homeowner Chris Gardner came to check on his house, undergoing repairs from Superstorm Sandy that he and neighbors who captured the video realized something had gone terribly wrong. I noticed the fence was damaged when i saw the video. We talked about it a little bit and i said, its possible that a car could actually still be in there. Reporter and it was.
