John Gilbert Getty, 52, died of a fentanyl overdose and heart complications, it has been revealed
The Bexar County Medical Examiner’s Office said he died of cardiomyopathy and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated by fentanyl 
The musician and grandson of billionaire oil tycoon J. Paul Getty was found dead in the upscale Hotel Emma in San Antonio, Texas on November 20  
The medical examiner’s office said the overdose was accidental
His death came two months after his mother Anne Gilbert died of a heart attack
In 2015 his brother Andrew died of a hemorrhage with a toxic level of methamphetamine in his system ....
