No fewer than 12 young boys and girls have been arrested by members of the Islamic police, known as the Hisbah Committee in Kebbi State, Northwest Nigeria. The eight boys and four girls were arrested for committing various illicit affairs in a hotel in Birnin-Kebbi, the state capital.
