Over several hours, protesters left notices on a cardboard cutout of Mayor John Tory outside his condo. The notices indicate that the protesters support residents of encampments in city parks and oppose the application, which was filed in Ontario Superior Court on Feb. 12 against Khaleel Seivwright. ....
