And i would agree with the former congressman that there is blame to go around. there is blame from the media. there is blame from the democrats. but ultimately, this is a con man. and i think we have to put the blame where it belongs. because it s on him. there is a very famous case involving a new york congressman that basically says, unless the fraud goes to some qualification in other words, he said he was 25 and he is only 23 and therefore not qualified he is going to get seated. there is not a legal mechanism for getting him to give up his seat. they can put pressure on him. they could then vote to expel him, which a normal party would do, a party would do. but this republican party won t do it. he s probably one of the votes that govern mccarthy is counting on to make him speaker. so, i think we are going to wind up living with this guy unless and until he is indicted ....
