Christina Lariviere of Bow indicted of felony fraud, theft

Christina Lariviere, 35, of Bow was indicted on multiple counts of felony fraud and theft by a grand jury on Wednesday.
Lariviere is accused of posing as two elderly residents of the Londonderry facility where she worked as a long-term caregiver to open credit and financial accounts in their names. Larievere is also charged with obtaining Social Security numbers, driver’s identification and birth dates from a total of four residents at the Londonderry facility, who ranged in age from 87 to 100, without their permission.
Lariviere faces five class felony counts of identity fraud that each carry a potential 15-year prison sentence. She’s also a felony count of fraudulent use of a credit card, a felony count of theft and misdemeanor counts of theft by unauthorized taking that each carry 5-year maximum sentences.
