Share Testing Center Open Daily At County Annex The regional COVID-19 testing center in Hill County has been moved to a new location for the month of January. The testing center is now open at the Hill County Courthouse John Erwin Annex as a drive-through or walk-up testing site. The annex is located at 200 East Franklin Street in Hillsboro.The site is operating from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m. seven days a week. Anyone, no matter where they live, can be tested with no out-of-pocket expense at the center. Those who have Medicare or health insurance should provide that information, but there is no out-of-pocket cost to the public for testing. ....
