具体是怎么做的？针对群众关注的民生诉求，坪山区先后整合12345、网格管理、政府邮箱、微信、微博等151个线上民生诉求受理渠道和事件分拨系统，将各类治理事件全部纳入“@坪山”民生诉求系统统一受理。“这样就能实现一张表单统情况、一个系统分事件、一套标准抓落实，极大地方便了市民群众。”坪山区相关负责人表示。
数据显示，该系统上线后累计受理民生诉求事件超过16万宗，总办结率99.91%，其中近一半事件当天办结，累计收到表扬信155封，5星满分事件达86.22%，各类民生诉求得到妥善解决，不断提高群众的幸福感和获得感。
值得一提的是，坪山的民生诉求系统还延伸到了社区，系统端口向社区全面开放，成为基层治理大脑。如此一来，既能够让更多资源、服务、管理下沉到社区，同时又能建立起高效便捷的党群联系和民生� ....
