Street expressway this morning, construction is starting to clear. Typically around this time is when we see most of it lift up and get out of the way. Earlier this week, we were a little bit ahead of schedule. Right now, it looks like were just on time. You can see some of these signs still in place to access the vine street expressway from the schuylkill. Flashing lights up ahead that means theres a construction crew there. By the time you get out the door and watching you should be fine to take the vine street expressway. Route 22 drive times. Eastbound from 29 to the schuylkill, typically in the morning time where we start to see delays right now. Eightminute trip, average speeds in the 60s. No major problems there. Jim, about an hour ago, police announced the arrest of jonathan and grace foster. Theyre charged with Involuntary Manslaughter in connection with the death of their 2yearold daughter ella foster who died last november as a result of pneumonia, their daughter had been sick for four days and that their religion restricts them from receiving medical treatments of any kind. If the victim had medical treatment, there was a 95 chance or better that the victim would have survived. And the treatment for this pneumonia would have been antibiotics. A guy got out of the car and there was a pursuit that happened after that. Take a look. This is windfield heights. Police stopped a car in front of the state police barracks. We were there as two men and a woman were taken into custody. Police say after the stop on alden street the pursuit continued to the schuylkill expressway. Police put out an apb on the car that was spotted on montgomery and belmont. And then another pursuit on monument road. No one was injured. Of course, were trying to get more details this morning on why the car was stopped in the first place. Again, there was that initial report of shots fired in the area. Someone had gotten out of that car. Four people left in that vehicle. All told, there were five people in custody this morning and being questioned. At southwest detectives.
