New Building Mural in Works for Elroy CarQuest , Elroy Auto Supply & Home Store is very Excited for an upcoming mural. Local artist, Jason Gerke “The Doodler” has agreed to create a mural on the north wall of their building. It will face the Triangle, visible as you enter Main Street. “This Mural, Telling the story of Elroy past and present should be completed early next year. Many groups are supporting the project. They Include the City, The Chamber Of Elroy, The Lions Club, The Former Woman’s Club and the Hill & Dale Garden Club. It is anticipated the Elroy Mural will cost about $5000; and $3000 has already been raised. Any extra funds will go toward its maintenance. ....
