　　为深入贯彻落实习近平生态文明思想，根据《中央生态环境保护督察工作规定》，中央第六生态环境保护督察组（以下简称督察组）对湖南省开展了第二轮生态环境保护督察。2021年5月28日，中央生态环境保护督察工作领导小组第三次会议审议通过督察报告。经党中央、国务院批准，督察组于2021年7月16日向湖南省委、省政府进行反馈。反馈会由湖南省省长毛伟明主持，督察组组长徐敬业通报督察报告，湖南省委书记许达哲作表态发言。叶民副组长，督察组有关人员，湖南省委、省政府有关领导、有关部门和各市州党政主要负责同志等参加会议。
　　督察认为，湖南省深入贯彻落实习近平生态文明思想，积极推进生态强省战略，生态文明建设和生态环境保护取得重要进展和成效。
