delay towards the fort mchenry. an easy ride on the harrisburg expressway. that is the latest on traffic pulse 11. back to you. thank you. we continue to mourn the loss of william donald schaefer. he passed away last evening at the age of 89. he served as governor of maryland and was a longtime mayor of baltimore. jennifer franciotti is live at fells point where mr. schaefer often spent his morning. he would often come by here back in the days when he was out and about. he liked to talk to people about the issues. mr. shaffer always wanted to know. he passed away last night at his retirement community in catonsville. he had his longtime friend by his side. she was holding his hand and said the former governor went peacefully. he had been hospitalized earlier this month with pneumonia. his body simply gave out. she had a feeling that he was not going to make it through the night. a group of his longtime friends and aides started calling him to say their goodbyes, i ....
