Peter carmichael is the director of the Civil War Institute and the robert c. Flurer professor of civil war college. He is the writer of essays as well as several books, and the last generation Young Virginians in peace, war and reunion published in 2005. The woman who shot that video said shes a journalist helping two men research their court cases. She saw something happen and jumped into action. Please stop recording.
