Right now, at 11 00, we are following breaking news in mexico. You can see this video almost doesnt look real. A stage collapses as though strong winds whipped the area. People running for their lives. This happened during a Campaign Rally in the wealthy enclave of san pedro garza garcia. This is near the city of monterrey, mexico.
