Senior Wyatt Okstad has been on potty patrol lately. For the past week, he and his brother have been placing toilets in people s yards, using the cover of night. Usually we put it near the front of the driveway, he said. We try and do it as sneakily as possible, so we don t get caught, he chuckled.
