Man will serve up to 7 years after pleading guilty to Slate Belt home invasion Daniel Patrick Sheehan, The Morning Call A North Carolina man will serve up to seven years for his role in a 2019 home invasion in Plainfield Township, during which the homeowner was shot twice. Hezekiah Moore, 21, of Greenville pleaded guilty Wednesday in Northampton County Court to conspiracy to commit robbery and unlawful restraint. He was sentenced to 24-84 months on the first charge and 1-24 months on the second. The sentences will run concurrently and Moore will receive credit for time served. Moore and accomplice Kevin Campbell, 34, entered the home of 66-year-old Richard Fischer in the 1700 block of Delabole Road on Aug. 7, 2019, and demanded money. Campbell shot Fischer twice in the right leg. The robbers fled with a safe that contained an estimated $1,600. ....
