　　17日下午，由国家文物局和北京市人民政府共同主办的第44届世界遗产大会“城市历史景观保护与可持续发展”边会在福州海峡文化会展中心举办。
　　世界遗产中心副主任乔蒂·侯萨格拉尔，国际古迹遗址理事会现任主席特蕾莎·帕特里西奥，中国文化和旅游部副部长、国家文物局局长李群和北京市副市长杨斌出席边会并致辞，国家文物局副局长宋新潮、中国联合国教科文组织全国委员会副秘书长崔莹女士、澳门特别行政区政府文化局副局长梁惠敏女士，以及中国文化遗产研究院、中国古迹遗址保护协会等专业机构负责人出席会议。

专家直面世界遗产保护挑战：让人与遗产和谐共融-中国侨网

　　Matthias Ripp建议，未来遗产管理要转变为以“人”为尺度的遗产治理方式，强调世界遗产地社区内资源的有效配置，并实现对社区的有效赋权。
　　中国文化遗产研究院中国世界文化遗产监测中心副主任、中国古迹遗址保护协会秘书处主任燕海鸣，以澳大利亚乌鲁鲁-卡塔丘塔国家公园、大运河人居环境以及良渚遗址为例，对案例所涉及的相关利益者对遗产保护发挥的实际作用、各方之间如何形成有效的合作关系进行探讨。
　　燕海鸣表示，当各方达成“遗产为先”的共识时，才会实现人与遗产和谐共融。
　　研讨会环节中，32位青年代表以4Ps模型为基础，分成四个小组，围绕人与遗产(People)、遗产保护(Preservation)、公众参与(Participation)、共同促进(Promotion)四个方面进行交流讨论。
