and crime scene tape now mark the area where this shooting happened right around 12:30 this morning in the parking lot of a small strip mall in willowbrook, a town of about 9,000 people some 20 the miles south of chicago. one witness says she and her friends were just about to leave the june teeth celebration when they juneteenth celebration when they heard shots and everyone ducked for cover. several hundred people were there, you can just imagine how terrifying this must have been. sheriff s deputies in the area heard the gunshot is the and raced to that mall where the mass if shooting then triggered a huge emergency response. authorities spoke to reporters this morning and shared what they knew about the victims. preliminary witness and victim reports indicate there were at least 20 the individuals shot, at this time 1 victim is deceased. reporter:st the unclear if that person died at the scene or later at the hospital. at least 10 people were transported to local em
