Calgary will get no new public schools in the UCP government’s Budget 2021 capital plan, even as both public and Catholic boards face serious space crunches.
Education Minister Adriana LaGrange announced $268 million in capital funding for 14 new school and modernization projects, including new schools in Edmonton, Camrose and Red Deer, where LaGrange is an MLA.
