Tell us what your title is and what your job is. Ms. Delaney thank you. My job is assistant director for culture at the Smithsonians National museum of the American Indian. I leave the scholars, the historians, the curators at the museum who are in charge of producing exhibitions, the books, a lot of the Educational Programs and symposiums, and work with a collection of about 824,000 objects. But i have a real interest in photographys and we have also over 500,000 photographs in the National Museum of the American Indian archive center. So, i have been working very hard in the years i spent to this museum, i am a 30 year career at the smithsonian but i just joined the American Indian museum in the last year and these photographs are of much interest to me as an archivist.
