An employee of Jimmy B s Beach Bar at the Beachcomber Resort Hotel in St. Pete Beach said he caught off-duty officer Henry Capouch, 30, urinating into the ice machine.
A Chicago police officer peed into a Florida bars ice machine, pushed employees and resisted arrest on the beach, police say. He was relieved of his police powers pending an investigation.
