　　7月3日，据河南日报消息，河南省十个地级市市委书记同日调整，这十个市分别是：安阳市、信阳市、新乡市、周口市、许昌市、平顶山市、焦作市、濮阳市、漯河市和南阳市。

长安街知事微信公众号消息 据河南日报客户端报道，7月3日上午，信阳召开全市领导干部会议，宣布河南省委关于信阳市主要领导同志的任免决定：
王东伟同志任中共信阳市委委员、常委、书记，乔新江同志不再担任中共信阳市委书记、常委、委员职务；
蔡松涛同志任中共信阳市委副书记，尚朝阳同志不再担任信阳市委副书记、常委、委员职务，提名免去信阳市市长职务，另有任用。
长安街知事（微信ID：Capitalnews）注意到，王东伟出生于1969年9月，河南唐河人，曾在财政部工作多年，2017年3月来到河南任省财政厅厅长、党组书记。
蔡松涛原为信阳市委常委、常务副市长，他同时是十九届中央候补委员。今年6月25日，河南省委组织部发布一批干部任前公示，其中蔡松涛拟提名为信阳市政府市长� ....
