- I, Andrei Sharenda, on behalf of relatives of political prisoners who are held and tortured by the dictatorial regime behind bars, whose lives are now in danger, jealously appeal on the following:
1. I call on the European Union and all democratic countries of the world to stop any economic communication with the dictatorial regime. I call for the immediate introduction of universal economic sanctions until the dictator leaves, the release of political prisoners and the investigation of all facts of death and torture.

On February 25, the Brest Regional Court pronounced the sentence in a criminal case, where the accused were
Aliaksandr Kardzyukou and his friend
Henadz Shutau, who died of a fatal wound.
As a result, the late Shutau was found guilty without sentencing, and Kardzyukou, who witnessed a shot at his friend on August 11, was sentenced to 10 years of imprisonment in a reinforced-security colony. Special forces soldiers
Raman Haurylau and
Arsen Halitsyn were the victims at the trial.
During the trial, it turned out that it was Haurylau who fired that fatal shot at 44-year-old Shutau on August 11, from which he died eight days later.
