Luxury and super-luxury residences located at DLF Golf Links, DLF 5 in Gurugram such as The Camellias, The Magnolia and The Aralias have witnessed a price appreciation of around 125 percent between 2021 and 2024.
Documents show that these apartments ranging between 7,430 sqft and 10,813 sqft were booked and purchased between 2017 and 2023 but the conveyance deeds were executed in March 2024. The cumulative price of these properties was Rs 127.5 crore.
The Camellias, launched less than a decade ago at Rs 22,500 per square foot, are currently selling at Rs 60,000-95,000 per square foot, depending on the floor and the interior work done by the seller. Simply put, a 7,400 square feet apartment bought bare shell in 2014 for Rs 16 crore is now nearly three times as much at Rs 45 crore.
The documents showed that the sale deed was executed on March 11, 2024. Gameskraft Technologies Private Limited paid a stamp duty of Rs 6.3 crore for the transaction along with a registration fees of Rs 50,000.
