BUTLER King Cool gets back to his throne this weekend.
Beaver Valley rock star Donnie Iris returns to the stage May 30, appearing alongside fellow valley boys, the Granati Brothers, as part of the second-ever Butler Rib and Music Festival.
Held at the Butler Farm Show Grounds, the festival offers four days of live performances, including tribute bands playing the music of Earth Wind & Fire, Van Halen, Guns N Roses and more. Highly touted young singer-guitarist Elias Khouri kicks off the May 29 and 31 lineups at noon.
BBQ pit masters will serve sizzling ribs, chicken and more. There s a $5 pay-at-the-door admission and $5 parking fee. Only VIP Experience tickets are sold in advance, which comes with free parking and an Iris meet-and-greet at www.butlerribandmusicfest.com
