it s thursday 8th february. i m annita mcveigh. welcome to bbc newsroom live. within the next half hour the leader of the house of commons andrea leadsom will be presenting the results of a cross party investigation into sexual harassment at westminster. we ll be taking you there live when it starts, but first the findings show that nearly a fifth of people working in parliament have experienced or witnessed sexual harassment in the past 12 months. and the report recommends a new code of conduct and compulsory training to help mps understand and prevent harassment . the review was set up last year after several harassment claims against mps and staff. our assistant political editor norman smith is at westminster. we now have a set of proposals which mps will vote on, to revamp procedures for pursuing complaints of sexual harassment, a new investigating process, a new code of conduct, but nothing particularly new in terms of sanctions, and that is what will concern many peo
