Matthew Allen, 43, of Farmington is accused of creating a standoff with police for about 20 hours on Sunday into Monday, according to Farmington Police. Allen, 43, was arrested Monday on felony charges of criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon, possession of a firearm by a prohibited person and a misdemeanor charge of creating a police standoff.
