convictions in this case. and so, she very clearly seemed to be standing up there saying, as clearly as she could, in this particular session, at this level, that there will be future defendants, and i am worried about what they will do in appealing convictions using this decision. i think you are absolutely right. there are a number of ways, if she was trying to sort of hedger bets here, if she was unsure about whether or not she was going to present this to a regular grand jury, that she could have said it but she specifically said that there will be future defendants. and her concern is that these feature defendants, these future individuals who are formally charged in this indictment we don t want to give them any ammunition on appeal. so, she is not only forecasting that there will be an indictment. i think that is a fair guests to make, although none of us know foreshore. but that she intends to pursue this vigorously
