I hope everyone is enjoying this wonderful weather and getting out, and following Covid protocols. The news says there are up to 60% of Canadians that have received at least one dose of the vaccine. This means things may start getting back to normal again.
Huron Shores Hospice has finally completed their second room at Tiverton Park Manor. This something that has been a long time coming and is so needed in the community. Thank you to all that donated their time, effort and money into making this happen. A great community coming together.

This has been a crazy week for weather. So far this season we have escaped some of the nasty weather that Bruce County usually gets. This time of year we would be enjoying the Tiverton Winterfest, but Crazy Covid has once again put a hold on this yearly event. That doesn’t mean you can’t go out and enjoy the sunny winter weather and make some snow sculptures. The Covid-19 numbers have been declining and we can all hope that this continues. We want Crazy Covid to be over. It’s a sad day for Tiverton residents. Our application for a government grant for the new community center has been denied. We don’t know what this will mean for the Whitney Crawford Center but we will keep you posted on the details as to why we did not receive the grant and where we go from here.
