Across the state to help raise money for this program. at the heart of these nationwide protests, excessive police force. it s a subject of a federal lawsuit. missouri s protesters say their constitutional rights were violated when police threw tear gas canisters and doused them with pepper spray. after hearing protesters complain, a judge has placed a temporary restraining order limiting the use of tear gas. joining me now to discuss this, joey jackson, legal analyst and cnn s danny cevallos. i was looking through this temporary restraining order issued by the judge. it says that there s evidence that the police used smoke canisters and tear gas to disperse crowds not engaged in criminal or violent activity. therefore, their ability to engage in lawful speech is incumbered by law enforcement. my question to you, danny, is ....

Well, the unrest that s sweeping across the middle east and north africa is reaching a boiling point today, especially in libya. a human rights group says at least 84 people have been killed by government security forces in the past three days. we want to go straight now to cai cairo. what s the latest you re hearing? journalists can t get into the country, but what is emerging is a picture of consistent clashes with security forces in various towns in eastern libya. the focus on a town called benghazi where there have been persistent clashes since tuesday night. we re hearing protesters marched to 30 and 40 people who died in clashes yesterday and there was an attack on them by security forces. these abeing thats are being described as intense and ongoing ....
