McLaren Thumb Region will host a free educational webinar, “Healthy and Fast,” for local runners March 9.
According to Grace Berndt, McLaren Thumb Region’s Marketing and Communications Specialist, the event is open to anyone to attend, whether running for leisure or sport.
The event will take place at 5 p.m. on Tuesday March 9, hosted by McLaren Thumb Region’s physical therapist Dr. Katie Noble, DPT. The presentation aims to educate runners about their health as athletes and provide techniques to maximize their performance. ....
