john necman is an immigration attorney in houston texas and mark ka kroer yan is the director for the center for immigration studies. let me start with you. you represent accused illegal immigrants whose cases were in the system and they were being threatened with deportation and then what started happening this week? well, we started to receive in the mail motions to terminate proceedings on those cases, and they were surprise, nothing told us ahead of time that that was going to happen. we were happy that they did. megyn: you get a memo basically from ice saying, hey, good news the cases we ve been pursuing against your clients are going away. yeah, they are filing the motions. i can t say that i ve seen any of the motions signed or the orders signed by the judges yet. we anticipate that to happen. megyn: you ve been talking to other immigration attorneys in the area and they too have seen the same thing happen.
