GO Negosyo founder Jose Ma. Joey Concepcion 3rd on Saturday stressed the importance of boosting the economy following President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. s lifting of the state of public health emergency that had been declared due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
The Bureau of Immigration (BI) announced on Thursday that 41 countries have been included in the Philippine’s green list, as set by the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-EID).
“[W]e have discussed yesterday that maybe countries with local transmission already, as had been announced, will be included as part of the discussions in the coming days,” Health Undersecretary Maria Rosario Vergeire said Wednesday.
