I would like to introduce the first session which is entitled bullying trends where we have been, where we are now and where we are going. We have three excellent speakers for the session. First up is mr. Tom snyder from the department of education. He is the director of annual reports and information staff at the National Center for Education Statistics and is a recognized expert on Education Statistics. Canada wants to send 800,000 barrels of oil a day to the United States and they would spend 5 billion of private money to build this pipeline and would create according to the Obama Administration would create 40,000 american jobs. People say, wait a minute, we could get almost one Million Barrels a day from canada instead of the middle Eastern Countries and we trade with canada 80 cents on a dollar that we dont have to send billions of dollars and use that money against us and our own troops and get less than 50 cents on the dollar.
