This has gone on for about 10 years. It is pointless to pay someone to paint over this knowing in 3 or 4 days it will be painted over again. We dont have access to the wall because it is on someone elses property and a laider or some other device to get on the too the property so we feel we are unable to address that particular access of our graffiti blighting thank you very much.
