‘Fizzy drinks cause tooth decay, obesity’ Advocacy meeting discusses steps to control consumption of sugar-sweetened beverages DNA April 15, 2021 ISLAMABAD: The National Commission on the Rights of the Child (NCRC ) organised a meeting with parliamentarians on the health hazards of sugar-sweetened beverages among adolescents and children in the country. According to a press release issued on Wednesday, the advocacy meeting was attended by National Heart Association (PANAH) President Maj Gen(retd) Masudur Rehman Kiani, NCRC Chairperson Afshan Tehseen, General Secretary Ch.
