Vice president taylor welcome to what is going to be the continued meeting from august 19 as well as concurrently the september 2 meeting of the San FranciscoPolice Commission. As some of you may be aware, we lost quorum at the last Police Commission meeting due to technical difficulties beyond our control. So at that time, we had completed the chiefs report, the d. P. A.
