Health Secretary Francisco Duque III MANILA - The Philippines is one of the Asean countries that have logged the lowest number of daily new confirmed Covid-19 cases, Health Secretary Francisco Duque III said Tuesday night. Average Covid-19 daily cases, deaths nationwide continue to drop

MANILA - New coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) cases in the National Capital Region (NCR) and other parts of the country are on the decline, although the pace is slowing down.
