Data Patterns share: Florintree Capital sells entire 10.71%, GIC buys 6% stake in Data Patterns through block deals

Florintree Capital Partners, led by Mathew Cyriac, has exited its investment in Data Patterns (India) Ltd, selling its entire 10.71% stake worth about Rs 1,100 crore. The company has also received investments from Singapore s GIC, Mirae Mutual fund, HDFC Mutual Fund, and Kotak Mahindra Mutual Fund. Data Patterns, a defence and aerospace electronics solutions provider, has seen a 21x return in less than three years.

doms ipo: DOMS IPO: 10 mutual funds, ADIA and others invest Rs 538 crore in anchor round

The IPO committee of the company at its meeting held on December 12, 2023, in consultation with the book running lead managers to the offer, has finalized allocation of 68,06,961 equity shares, to anchor investors at an anchor investor allocation price of Rs 790 per equity share.

Mutual funds offload Jio Financial shares worth Rs 2,850 crore in September

SBI MF sold shares worth Rs 1,736 crore bringing its holding to 2.92%, while UTI MF sold shares worth Rs 508 crore. Meanwhile, Nippon MF and HDFC MF sold shares worth Rs 302 crore and Rs 205 crore, respectively, reducing its holding in Jio Financial Services to 4.6% and 2.3%.
