Today the board of trustees at penn state holding an emergency meeting to discuss more sanctions against fraternities on campus. this comes after that hazing schedule in which timothy piazza died in february. at this point, the university may ban fraternities altogether from penn state. and on the jobs front, a little bit of a let down this morning. 138,000 new jobs created last month. that is a lot less than what experts thought. there s the unemployment rate 4.3%. meantime, the president said his decision to pull out of the agreement will make america s jobs outlook better in a decision his administration is very much defending today. to talk about all of it. let s get to the table. rick newman, washington post catherine rampel and business and politics reporter shelby holiday. rick, let s start with you, these job numbers. what does it tell you, if ....

welcome, everybody. our starting point is this breaking news. two american tourists have been kidnapped in dahab, egypt, in the sinai region. the kidnappers, it appears, are trying to negotiate some sort of prisoner exchange. jill daugherty joins us. what do we know? the state department is in touch with the families of these two people. names have not been given. they re 31 years old. the state department is providing counselor services and they are in touch and working very closely with egyptian authorities to try to resolve this. essentially, what happened, these two people, two americans in a car on their way to a resort at dahab. you mentioned that name. it s a former fishing village. apparently really a lovely site, place for snorkeling and diving. and so they were on their way. their car is stopped. they re yanked out of the car and taken away. it appears that the people who did that want the release the demand is for the release of an egyptian man who was ....
