Hawai‘i State FCU will award $5,000 scholarships to 20 deserving Hawai‘i students planning to attend a fully accredited university, college, or trade/vocational school.
“Duke, Trisha and Genesis have consistently demonstrated their commitment to Hawaii State FCU and have all played integral roles in the growth of our organization – from the opening of our new headquarters, and several new branches on O‘ahu and Maui, to our newest digital banking features,” said Andrew Rosen, president and CEO of Hawai‘i State FCU.
The Hawaiʻi State Federal Credit Union Emergency Financial Assistance Program offers loan deferrals, low-rate personal loans and fee waivers for those impacted by Mauiʻs wildfires.
A total of 82 grants of up to $500 each were distributed to public school teachers across the state to help purchase classroom supplies and enhance student curriculums.
