Rose, let me start. i read this at the top of my head. former just utterly conduct, i know that that is legal speak for filing a false police report. but we now know that we have the videotape of the two people that says that he paid the money buying the very items used in the attack it, and those two people went before a grand jury before the charges were filed. we do have grand jury indicting. that is required for any case that it will be possible for the term. he is facing 1-3 years, but his attorney has issued a statement that it is important to say that he does have a presumption of innocence. as does everyone else. possibly the two concocted the whole scheme and claimed he did. but maybe they were the ones i did it. i m not saying that based on what we have so far, it is not looking good for smollett, but there is always a possibility ....
