GLC Live at 20 Monroe downtown Grand Rapids was sold by the Gilmore Collection to to GLC GR Live, a limited liability corporation created in 2021 that is connected to a real estate development and private equity firm based in South Bend, Indiana. The Grand Rapids-Kent County Convention/Arena Authority (CAA) is on track to operate the downtown Grand Rapids concert venue.
