Defenders-Renown clash should be a thriller

Two important matches of the Pre-League Football Tournament conducted by Football Sri Lanka (FSL) will be worked off at the Sugathadasa Stadium in Colombo today, commencing at 5.00 p.m.
Defenders SC will take on Renown SC in the first match while Blue Eagles SC will take on Colombo FC in the second match at 8.00 p.m.
Defenders SC will be led by Suraj Bernard and they will have the services of three top National players who have crossed over from other clubs.
Mohamed Rifkan, who earlier represented Police SC, Nuwan Gimhana (former Saunders SC) and Nissanka Dilhara (former Ratnam SC) are the three new players. ....
