Gurgaon: It has been eight months since approvals for new four-floor building plans in residential areas were put on hold by the government after protests by residents who alleged such “builder floors” were straining resources and infrastructure in colonies that were already packed.
The owners of these properties have not taken permission for running commercial activities, which lead to not only traffic congestion but overburdened infrastructure also.
In the notice issued to the property owners, it has been asked why the OC of the building should not be cancelled and an FIR lodged against them for illegal construction.
