A 21-year-old from Ingleside faces one count of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon after police said he pulled out a gun during an argument with another driver in Volo.
Andrew Schuch will be before a judge to enter a plea on Aug. 5.
Sheriff s Lt. Christopher Covelli said police were dispatched about 7 p.m. April 16 to Route 12 and Hartigan Road in Volo for a report of a person with a gun.
Police spoke to a 57-year-old Ingleside man who told them he got into an argument with someone on the roadway.
